well I was thinking on a story and came up with this, these are sophye and niky, bth are the daughters of a couple of merchant, when they where young they saved a traveler, and when he left he left a prophecy "one of your childs will be blessed by the gods..." and then vanish.
when sophya was born they belive it could be true and trained her hard, but some years later a second child was born, niky ... soon it was quite obvius whitch child was the one blessed ^^; and in more than just one way (that`s the short story =P )

as you can see I put them stats and dotes/abilityes as in D&D 3.5 XD

Nicely done!

I really like the new D&D system because it seems to do so much more with the stats and allows more flexibility in a character. Most of my friends hate the system ... so I don't get to play it. :)

I think blessed is a bit of an understatement, but it still works. The background sounds like the story for a one shot RPG game or maybe a story that would last in the least one book.

and I completly agree, once you master the core system you rarely use the books and can alow for felxibility not only i nchars, for example some friends made regular litte encounter and we are guest to anime event to put some rol tables, and I had to master by surprize, it tok me just half an hour and while in the run to adapt the core system and clases to play in the world of FF7 LOL. to bad your friends don`t like it, the true is a great system when used right, so wath games do they play, the ones from whitewolf?
